Start with the exact blank.
Bandana blanks
for screen printers.
Buying a stock blank and proving a print process are separate steps. Use this guide to organize the product questions and samples for your own decorator or print shop.
01 · Record the substrate
Record the exact family, material, flat size, finish and color. Cotton and polyester are separate choices. The material name alone does not establish ink compatibility, curing conditions or the result of a particular process.
Browse solid stock blanks →02 · Check the usable area
The listed 22 × 22 and 27 × 27-inch dimensions describe the whole flat square. They are not printable-area measurements. Ask about the exact construction and check the intended artwork placement on a physical item, including edge and seam clearance.
Compare listed sizes →03 · Test before scaling
Have your printer assess the actual item, artwork and process. Ask them what sample evaluation they need, including the finished look and care expectations. No ink system, temperature, wash result or universal suitability is specified by this site.
